-
Advanced bookings for sessions can be purchased in blocks of six at £45 each, totaling £270. If blocks of six are purchased but therapy ends prior to completing them all, a refund will be issued for the remaining sessions. However, the full individual price of £55 for each session used will be deducted.

Therapy sessions will last 50 minutes and we will arrange a mutually convenient time, at an agreed frequency.
-
Extended sessions of 90 minutes can be purchased for £90 per session which are to be agreed in advance and reviewed regularly.

If you arrive late, it will not be possible to extend beyond the original end time as this will delay other clients.

We will regularly review our progress to determine how long our work together should continue. There is not a set number of sessions and you are free to cease at any time.
-
Face to face and/ or online sessions can take place as agreed. Remote sessions can take place via telephone, Whatsapp or Teams. -
Cancellations can be by phone, text, or email.

Our work together will be treated as confidential. The only exceptions to this are disclosure of your intention to harm yourself or others, or in compliance with the law e.g., terrorism, money laundering, child protection or if I am subject to a court order about the work.
-
Where confidentiality is to be broken, I will, wherever possible, discuss this with you first.
-
I am required to undertake regular supervision with a trained counselling supervisor to maintain and develop my safe and ethical practice. During these sessions my client work is discussed but identities protected.
