Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be requested for services provided by Talk Feel Heal Therapy, operated by Laura.

1. Free Consultation

Initial 15-minute consultations are provided free of charge. No payment is taken and therefore no refund applies.

2. Individual Therapy Sessions — Prepaid

If you have prepaid for a session:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: a full refund will be issued

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: a 50% refund will be issued

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or non-attendance: no refund will be issued

3. Session Packages or Block Bookings

Where a block of sessions has been purchased:

• Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you choose to end therapy

• The cancellation policy above applies to individual sessions within the block

• Refunds for unused sessions will be processed within 14 days of the request

​

 

4. Cancellation by the Therapist

In the rare event that Laura needs to cancel a session at short notice, a full refund will be offered or the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge, at your preference.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances arise. In such situations, we are happy to review our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, the date of the session, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and returned via the original payment method.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
